Job Overview
We are looking for a
Background Verification Officer - Overseas Process
to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in background verification or related operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct background checks and verification of candidates' credentials as per company and client guidelines.
Communicate effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of verification reports.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and timelines in the verification process.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in background verification or related field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Ability to work effectively in night/rotational shifts.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
