Key Responsibilities
Conduct background verification checks as per client requirements
Collect, verify, and validate candidate information and documents
Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and internal teams via email and calls
Maintain accurate records and update verification status in systems
Ensure timely completion of BGV cases with high quality standards
Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in US shifts / night shifts
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of BGV processes (training will be provided)
