SAP FICO Consultant:-Experience Level : 10+ Yrs exp in SAP Finance System is a must10 years of professional experience in SAP FI, Strong Industry Knowledge , Able to manage large teams, Strong experience in Integration of FI module with other modules( SAP / Non SAP).\xe2\x80\xa2 Create and implement SAP Finance solutions to meet the organization\'s financial needs.S/4 HANA Implementation Experience is Mandatory.\xe2\x80\xa2 Configure and personalize SAP Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset Accounting (FA) (AA).Good to Have SAP CO Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide end-users with functional and technical support, including SAP Finance system training and guidance.\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into SAP Finance solutions.\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the finance team to ensure the organization\'s reporting and analysis requirements are met.\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform system testing and debugging to ensure that the SAP Finance systems are operating properly.\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain SAP Finance system and process documentation.\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain an awareness of the latest SAP Finance best practices, trends, and technologies.Requirements:\xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.\xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 10 years\' experience implementing and configuring SAP Finance systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise with SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.\xe2\x80\xa2 Integration expertise between SAP Finance and other non-SAP systems.\xe2\x80\xa2 Solid analytic and problem-solving abilities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.\xe2\x80\xa2 Possessing a certification in SAP Finance is a plus.Lastly, this position requires a candidate with extensive experience with SAP Finance systems, as well as superior communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Have extensive expertise in SAP FI Module. Will have necessary knowledge to prepare Solution architecture for complex business scenarios, conduct Workshops\xc2\xb7 Business Process workshops, Suggest Business process change and handle Change Management\xc2\xb7 Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
