Define Contents:Defining contents for various Training modules/Topics/Technologies. Includes assessments, assignments, Capstone project, mode of delivery/content and others Conversant in IT, Digital technologies landscape, role-based skill requirements Interaction with Talent managers:Understand requirements of each BU/Div/Dept for the skills, levels, technologies, etc. Technical interaction with external partners:Interfacing with SMEs from various domains to understand the training paths, modules, Topics and Technologies for a given context Interfacing with external Training partners and their SMEs while designing generic training modules and execution of the same. Technical interaction with internal SMEs:Interfacing with internal SMEs for designing Bosch specific training modules and execution of the same.Identify and work with BGSW SMEs for various Academy related topics/activities - Defining content, designing assessment modules, defining training paths, delivering Bosch specific training modules, Content Design:Interaction with Content designers and instruction designers to create content end to end Effectiveness of Training paths and training modules:Identify the concept for assessing the effectiveness of training paths and modules and ensure the deployment Qualifications Engineering, Computer Science, Masters preferred. Corporate hands-on experience in Software IT topics within Bosch. Experience range of 12 - 15 years.
