Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement
Handle outbound Sales
. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain an updated and organised lead database using lead management tool.
Achieve individual goals for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
Address Partner concerns, identify needs, and provide solution or raise feedback to respective departments.
Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Work Experience: Proven working experience of 1+ working years in Telesales / Outbound BPO Sales profile.
Skills: Excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
