BFSI Vertical Manager - Sales & Business Development (Security & Surveillance Systems)

Role Overview:



The

BFSI Vertical Manager

will be responsible for driving

sales growth, business expansion, and key account management

within the

Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

sector for the

Eastern Region

. The role focuses on

project-based sales

of

electronic security and surveillance systems

--including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security Solutions.

The ideal candidate will come from a

security & surveillance industry background

with a strong network in BFSI institutions, consultants, and system integrators, and a proven record of handling large-scale security projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development



Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the

BFSI sector

(public and private banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, etc.) in the Eastern Region. Promote and sell

electronic security, surveillance, and integrated safety solutions

on a

project basis

. Generate and manage a healthy

sales pipeline

through direct client interactions, tenders, and channel partners. Achieve assigned

sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability

for the BFSI vertical.

2. Client & Account Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with BFSI clients, facility heads, security teams, and procurement departments. Manage key accounts for repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with system integrators, consultants, and contractors for business development and project execution.

3. Solutioning & Technical Coordination



Collaborate with

pre-sales, technical, and project teams

to design and propose optimal solutions based on site requirements and client specifications. Understand client security needs and translate them into

customized solutions

integrating CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other surveillance systems. Participate in

RFPs, tenders, and technical discussions

, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.

4. Market Development & Intelligence



Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and new project opportunities in the BFSI domain. Identify upcoming infrastructure projects or branch expansion plans in the region. Provide strategic inputs for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and go-to-market plans for BFSI customers.

5. Reporting & Coordination



Maintain accurate and updated reports on sales forecasts, project status, and client activities using CRM tools. Submit periodic MIS reports, sales achievements, and funnel updates to the management. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and payment collection.

Required Skills & Competencies:



In-depth knowledge of

security and surveillance systems

-- CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Command & Control Solutions. Strong background in

B2B / project-based sales

, preferably in BFSI or institutional verticals. Established network with

banking and financial institutions, consultants, and system integrators

in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong project management and techno-commercial acumen. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹196,048.69 - ₹1,139,680.92 per year
