BFSI Trainer

Design and deliver training programs for banking, financial services, and insurance domains. Create training content, manuals, and digital learning materials. Conduct sessions on financial products, compliance (KYC, AML), customer service, and sales techniques. Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assessments, and feedback. Ensure training aligns with regulatory guidelines (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, etc.). Update training content based on industry trends and policy changes. Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and performance reports. Collaborate with HR, compliance, and business teams to identify training needs. Provide coaching and support for individual employee development. Use digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective training delivery.
