Job Description

The BFSI Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on banking, financial services, and insurance concepts. The role focuses on enhancing learners' technical knowledge, regulatory understanding, sales skills, and customer-handling capabilities to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and virtual training on

Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Financial Products

Train candidates on

RBI, SEBI, IRDAI regulations and compliance

Conduct

product, process, and sales training

for BFSI roles Prepare and update

training modules, presentations, and study materials

Assess trainee performance through

tests, role-plays, and evaluations

Provide

soft skills and customer service training

relevant to BFSI roles Mentor trainees for

interviews, certifications, and on-the-job readiness

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports Coordinate with placement and operations teams for workforce readiness

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

Banking, Insurance, NBFC, and Financial Markets

Understanding of

KYC, AML, CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, and Investments

Excellent

communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex financial concepts Proficiency in

MS PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms

Good classroom management and engagement skills

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in

Finance, Banking, Commerce, or Management

Certifications in

BFSI / NISM / IRDAI / AMFI

preferred Prior experience in

banking, insurance, or financial services training

is an advantage

Experience

1-5 years of experience in

BFSI training or industry operations

Preferred Industry Background

Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies BPO/KPO BFSI Processes Training Institutes & Skill Development Centers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
