Hiring: BFSI Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) clients. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports. Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (BFSI domain preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
