We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BFSI Executive - Area Sales to manage and grow sales in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, driving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned area.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Prepare and share regular sales reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned area.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
