What Will You Do?

Lead and supervise a team of in-house writers while coordinating with freelance contributors. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and client-specific domains, including gathering the latest statistics and credible data. Review, edit, and proofread article drafts for grammar, punctuation, clarity, flow, and factual accuracy. Ensure all published content meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, SEO best practices, and scientific/technical rigour (where applicable). Maintain content that is up-to-date, easy to understand, and free of bias or conflict of interest. Manage a dynamic workload and ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines. Create long-form or short-form content as needed. Optimize content according to SEO guidelines and internal quality standards. Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely submissions and smooth workflow. Ensure all content aligns with company expectations, client requirements, and the in-house style guide.

What We Expect From You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Strong analytical skills with clear, structured thinking. A team-player mindset with leadership aspirations.
