Forest Table is looking for a warm, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to enhance our guests' dining experience. The GRE will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in creating a welcoming, memorable, and personalized experience that reflects the Forest Table brand.Key Responsibilities1) Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression2) Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists3) Escort guests to their tables and provide menu introductions if required4) Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally5) Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations6) Monitor guest satisfaction during their visit and address concerns promptly7) Assist in handling complaints politely and efficiently8) Maintain guest records and note preferences for repeat visits9) Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas10) Uphold restaurant standards, service etiquette, and brand imageRequired Qualifications- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred)- Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or restaurant hospitality- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Skills- Experience in fine dining or premium restaurant environments- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills- Multilingual skills are an advantage- Basic knowledge of POS or reservation systemsWork Environment- Fast-paced restaurant environment- Direct interaction with guests throughout service hoursCompensation & Benefits- Competitive salary (based on experience)- Growth opportunities within Forest Table- Staff meals and other benefits (ref:updazz.com)
