We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ambali Production Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, fermenting, and maintaining high-quality Ambali, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and taste standards in every batch.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process ingredients (millets, water, and other additives) for Ambali.
Monitor fermentation process to achieve the right taste, texture, and quality.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the production area.
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
Package Ambali in bottles/jars and ensure proper labeling.
Conduct basic quality checks (taste, consistency, shelf-life).
Maintain production logs and reports.
Assist in inventory management of raw materials and supplies.
Qualifications / Skills:
Prior experience in food/beverage production, preferably traditional drinks, fermented products, or millets.
Knowledge of fermentation and hygiene practices is a plus.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina for handling production tasks and equipment.
