You Will Be Responsible For:
Assisting with the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling
Maintaining candidate databases and HR documentation
Supporting the onboarding process and handling paperwork
Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events
Helping maintain HR records, reports, and contributing to HR initiatives
Collaborating with management to strengthen HR processes and culture
