- Lead and manage a field sales team of 20 members to drive performance.- Ensure business growth with existing distributors in the assigned territory.- Manage and develop the dealer and channel sales network.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.- Develop effective sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration.- Conduct weekly visits to distributors across the assigned territory.- Ensure daily reporting from the field force and submit consolidated reports to Head Office.- Identify and appoint new distributors as per company policies and terms.- Conduct area mapping to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
