Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive high-ticket service sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach.
Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients in the Bengali-speaking market.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
Presentation and Demonstration:
Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Showcase the unique value propositions of our neurodevelopmental services.
Relationship Building:
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Understand their concerns and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management:
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Provide insights on client preferences and market demands.
Targets and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a high-ticket sales closer, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with neurodevelopmental services or healthcare industry is a plus.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to adapt to evolving market trends and client needs.
