Brief Job Overview
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration of all US health, welfare and retirement benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending plans, short- and long-term disability, voluntary life insurance, 401(k) plan and wellness program activities.
This position sits within the Global People Systems, Analytics and Benefits Operations team and provides for opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and people system projects utilizing the full HRIS product suite.

The
Benefits Administrator
has the following responsibilities:
Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day benefit matters and the subject matter expert on
USP benefit offerings, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending account plans, voluntary life insurance, 401(k) plan, and wellness program.
Resolves issues and addresses employee questions; may manage benefit plans through 3rd party providers.
Configures and oversees online benefits enrollment system ensuring accuracy through data testing and vendor management; ensures data integrity of benefit enrollments.
Responsible for annual Open Enrollment and Benefits/Wellness Fair planning and logistics.
Facilitates Open Enrollment meetings for employees and ensures accuracy of information submitted to vendors.
Assists in leading wellness programs/events and initiatives to encourage the health and well-being of employees.
Creates reports and uses BI to conduct audits as needed for Open Enrollment, benefits billing reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
Ensures accuracy of benefits data, researching and correcting discrepancies as necessary.
Assists with FML, disability, and worker's compensation program and ensures compliance with all federal and state legislation.
Oversees all benefits plan enrollments/changes/terminations. Collaborates with benefits broker to resolve questions or discrepancies.
Effectively partners and builds relationships with the HR Business Partners and the Payroll team to administer benefits plans and programs.
Partners with HRIS team to provide positive employee experiences with people technology.
Assists with Projects across the UKG technology stack that support our employees, contractors and volunteers.
Who is USP Looking For?

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in US benefits administration.
UKG (Benefits Prime/PlanSource) experience.
Ability to work a US EST time zone schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Consolidated Billing Implementation.
Cognos Business Intelligence (BI).
Experience working in UKG Core.
Supervisory Responsibilities
