What you will do Participates in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy. Manages relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies. Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and/or plan design changes. Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs. Participates in peer and ERG groups to learn best practices and represent the company. Support the development of all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications Good written communication skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread). Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics. Able to organize and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, and to maintain documents to keep current. Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. SharePoint curator Comfortable navigating SharePoint setup tools. Familiarity with organization structure and functions to know who needs access. Supports benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and tier 2 benefits query escalation. Assists in creation of business cases for benefits implementation in Asia Pacific (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations, etc.) Provides strong customer service to relevant partners (e.g. employees, internal partners, external vendors, etc.)
