Primary job function will be to be the point of contact for employees of clients helping them with questions relating to US payroll, taxes, benefits and leave management. Work on providing end to end resolution for the queries asked as first all resolution. Hands on with client employee escalation management. The representative will deal with complex benefits escalations. Identify gaps in processes; partner with SMEs to improve and implement new processes Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their enquiry Ability to handle complaints and escalate where appropriate Abide by schedules and punctual with adherence to set schedules. Freshers or experienced, display good customer service skills. Experience in handle Inbound/Outbound calls from International customers Excellent interpersonal skills required Excellent verbal/written communication skills Client service experience is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills and team player
