What you'll do
Support employees with day-to-day questions related to benefits
Maintain and monitor current benefits databases and file feeds
Process and track benefit invoices
Facilitate employee information changes to benefits carriers in a timely manner
Create and maintain process documents
Act as a point of contact to Human Resources' business partners regarding benefits
Manage and maintain benefits-related communications and intranet pages
Coordinate events such as webinars, fairs, and open enrollment sessions
Make recommendations to streamline and automate work processes
What's required
Bachelor's degree
Experience coordinating and supporting employee benefits programs
Knowledge of HRIS software and payroll systems, such as Workday
Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Familiarity with the U.S. and International benefits landscape
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
