Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate bending machines to bend metal or plastic parts to blueprint specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup and material requirements.
Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each job.
Load, position, and secure materials on the machine.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, protractors).
Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
