Job Description

Bending Machine Operator:

The ideal candidate will have experience operating bending machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision in metal forming processes. This role is crucial to our production workflow, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our manufactured products.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain various bending machines (e.g., CNC Press Brakes, manual bending machines) to form and shape metal components according to specifications. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine bending requirements, dimensions, and tolerances. Select and install appropriate tools, dies, and fixtures for specific bending operations. Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality, consistency, and optimize machine performance. Inspect finished parts for defects, such as cracks, warps, or incorrect angles, and take corrective actions.
