Job Description

A Bending Operator sets up and runs bending machinery to shape metal and other materials according to specific requirements, using technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precision and quality. Key duties include operating CNC or press brake machines, performing quality checks on finished products, performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Set up and adjust bending machines (like press brakes or CNC benders), selecting and installing appropriate tools and dies.

Operation:

Operate bending machines to form metal sheets, plates, or other materials to precise angles and dimensions.

Blueprint Reading:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand bending requirements.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and perform necessary adjustments.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the bending machines to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Documentation:

Keep records of production activities, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered.

Material Handling:

Load raw materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment for accurate bending.

Work Environment:

Setting:

Typically works in a manufacturing or fabrication workshop setting.

Materials:

Involves heavy materials, requiring awareness of safety procedures.

What we're looking for:

You've recently completed or are about to complete your ITI in any relevant trade like
o Fitter

o Sheet Metal Worker

o Fabricator

You're eager to learn and have a good attitude. You pay attention to details. You're able to follow instructions. You're comfortable working with your hands. You're interested in learning a valuable skill in the manufacturing industry.

Salary & Perks

:

Fresher : 12500/- Per Month. Experience : Based on Previous Salary. Overtime

Duty Timing:

Mon-Sat 9:00AM to 5:30PM.
