Bending Machine Operator

is responsible for operating sheet metal bending machines to produce parts as per drawings or instructions. The operator ensures accurate bending, maintains machine condition, and follows safety guidelines.

Minimum 1 or 2 years Experiences Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate bending machines (press brake or similar). Read and understand basic engineering drawings or measurements. Adjust machine angles, tools, and settings as needed. Load metal sheets or parts onto the machine. Monitor the bending process to ensure accuracy. Inspect finished parts for size, angle, and quality. Record daily production and report issues to supervisors. Perform basic maintenance like cleaning and lubrication. Keep the work area neat, organized, and safe. Follow company safety rules and wear protective equipment. Basic understanding of machine operations. Ability to read simple drawings or use measuring tools (scale, vernier, protractor). Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet production targets. Prior experience in bending operations is an advantage but not required. Ability to stand for long periods. Able to lift and handle metal sheets

Minimum: 10th Pass / High School Pass

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical

Basic training in machine operation or sheet metal work is an advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
