Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC/NC press brake or bending machines to bend metal sheets as per engineering drawings. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and material requirements. Set up and adjust machine parameters, tools, and dies for each production run. Measure and inspect workpieces using precision instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges to ensure conformity to specifications. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments during production. Identify and report any malfunctions or deviations to the maintenance or quality team. Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards. Complete production logs and documentation as required. Cooperate with quality, design, and production teams to optimize efficiency and reduce rework. Assist in minor preventive maintenance of machines.
Preferred Skills:

Basic programming knowledge of CNC/NC bending machines. Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes. Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC/NC bending or press brake machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Familiarity with different metals and bending tools. Knowledge of safety procedures and quality inspection methods. Physically fit and able to handle sheet metal parts and tools.
