We are looking for a skilled

Bending & Cutting Machine Operator

to manage sheet metal section for

Trumpf

Bending

,

Trumpf Laser Cutter, Hans Laser Cutter.

You will ensure efficient programming, optimal material usage through nesting, and accurate NC file generation for smooth shop-floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

Good operating knowledge of

Bending & Cutting Machines Operation.

Can handle sections independently and well versed with machine operations, margins, nesting, and component drawings. Ability to read/understand engineered product drawings. Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality. Ability to analyze adjust and perform minor repairs / daily maintenance of Bending & Cutting machines. Smooth coordination with other departments like engineering and purchase to achieve targeted production.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 - 8 years of operating experience in Bending & Cutting Machines Operations. Immediate joiners are preferred.
