Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Benchling Platform Specialist opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Provide subject matter expertise on functional aspects of Benchling solutions to address business challenges effectively.
Administer and support the Benchling platform, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Assist in the development and deployment of new features and functionalities within Benchling.
Support GxP validation activities, including authoring and reviewing validation documentation for projects and minor enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform compliance with QMS processes, including deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
Analyze and resolve defects, bugs, and other platform-related issues.
Skills:
Benchling Administration and Technical Support expertise.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for technical issues within Benchling.
Familiarity with GxP regulations and Pharma/Life Sciences domain requirements.
Knowledge of QMS processes such as deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
Understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
Experience:
Proven experience providing technical support and administration for Benchling.
Hands-on experience in developing new Benchling features and functionalities.
Experience in regulated environments such as Pharma or Life Sciences preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37.00 to $48.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
