. The Trainee will work closely with the sales and recruitment team to market bench candidates, build strong relationships with vendors/clients, and gain hands-on experience in the US staffing industry.
This role is ideal for
fresh graduates or individuals keen to build a career in US Recruitment and Bench Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in
marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens)
to clients and vendors.
Understand the process of
vendor management and client relationships
in US staffing.
Work with senior recruiters to identify job requirements and submit suitable candidates.
Update and maintain candidate records, job submissions, and communication details in the database.
Shadow senior team members in
rate negotiation, interview scheduling, and job submission processes.
Learn and follow best practices in
bench sales, recruitment, and compliance.
Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and training sessions.
