Key Responsibilities:
Market IT consultants on bench to US clients, MSPs, and vendor partners
Submit consultant profiles to daily US requirements
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients
Coordinate interviews and follow up till onboarding
Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
Update and manage consultant and requirement data regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in
US Bench Sales / IT Staffing
Strong knowledge of US hiring models:
C2C, W2, 1099
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful placements
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment
Preferred Skills:
Existing vendor network is a plus
Experience working with ATS and job portals
