Position : Bench Sales Executive / Recruiter

Your Roles and Responsibilities will be:-



Marketing our Bench Consultants (OPT/GC/GC EAD/US CITIZEN & H4 EAD) resumes with tier1 vendors/clients (Remote, Onsite, Hybrid) Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients. Understanding their resume skill set, keywords, tools and formatting it as required. Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates. Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume Communicating with the consultants daily and updating about submission and interviews. Arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and until closing the candidate profile. Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc. Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills. Proven skills of marketing consultants on bench with Tier 1 Vendors/Direct clients while Selling bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates. Scrutinizing the candidates and negotiating the salary, location, and benefits. Must have a good track record of maintaining the database of Clients and to understand their needs as per their specialties. Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client. Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on a daily basis. Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks. Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
