Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage resumes across major
UK job portals
such as
Reed, CV-Library, JobServe, TotalJobs, and Indeed.UK
.
Source and identify
IT requirements
from top vendors and clients to place consultants in
contract and permanent positions
.
Proactively market
bench IT consultants
to meet suitable requirements within quick turnaround times.
Build, establish, and maintain
strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal employees
.
Maintain and update a
database of profiles screened, submitted, and placed
.
Handle
resume formatting, updates, and optimization
for consultants based on job requirements.
Submit and follow up on profiles with vendors, ensuring regular communication and timely feedback.
Negotiate rates and finalize offers with vendors or clients.
Coordinate with consultants during the
entire recruitment cycle

Collaborate with team members for
daily submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups

Maintain consistent check-ins with vendors for interview updates and consultant feedback.
Ensure compliance with
UK employment laws, IR35, and GDPR
during all stages of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years
of experience in
UK Bench Sales / UK IT Staffing / Candidate Marketing

Hands-on experience using
UK job portals

Excellent knowledge of
