Source, screen & place candidates for IT roles. Collaborate with Account Managers to fulfill client needs. Manage full-cycle recruitment including OPT/CPT, H1B, GC, and US citizens. Ensure alignment of candidates with client requirements. Handle documentation, compliance, and reporting.
? Requirements:

5+ years of proven US IT recruitment experience. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Well-experienced in handling the Full Cycle of US IT Recruitment. Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens and abililty todo H1 Transfers Strong understanding of IT technologies & hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099). Coordinate with the internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor requirements. Update and maintain every month the reports of Interviews.
