Key Responsibilities
Market IT bench consultants on
C2C, W2, and 1099
requirements.
Work with
US clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners
.
Submit consultant profiles, follow up on submissions, and close positions.
Negotiate rates and employment terms with vendors and clients.
Track and maintain daily marketing and placement reports.
Understand client requirements and align suitable consultant profiles.
Coordinate interviews and support consultants through onboarding.
Ensure compliance with documentation and client standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-7 years of experience
in
US IT Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing
.
Strong knowledge of
US tax terms and hiring models
(C2C, W2, 1099).
Experience using
job portals
(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple consultants and priorities.
Good understanding of
IT technologies and current market trends
