Key Responsibilities:
Market IT consultants (Bench resources) to
US clients, prime vendors, and system integrators
Understand consultant skills and position them effectively based on market demand
Submit profiles to open requirements and follow up with vendors
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and vendors
Coordinate interviews and placement processes
Maintain and update daily submission, interview, and placement reports
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Work closely with recruiting and account management teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
2-7 years of experience in
US IT Bench Sales
Strong experience with
US staffing market
Hands-on experience with
rate negotiation and closing deals
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Knowledge of
US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Familiarity with
job portals and CRM/ATS tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Existing vendor and client database
Experience with
onsite / remote / hybrid placements
