Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Bench Sales process
Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC consultants
Work with vendors and direct clients
Submit profiles, negotiate rates, and close requirements
Use US job portals
Maintain communication and follow-ups with consultants
Requirements:
0-3 years Bench Sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of the US IT job market (training provided)
Proactive and target-driven
Freshers with good communication are welcome
