We are seeking an experienced

US Bench Sales Recruiter

to join our onsite team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in marketing IT consultants, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and generating quality requirements from direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and prime vendors. Build and maintain a strong vendor network through calls, emails, and social platforms. Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified profiles. Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently. Maintain daily/weekly submission and placement reports. Work in US time zones as required.

Requirements:

1-5 years of Bench Sales experience (US Staffing). Strong knowledge of IT technologies and US recruitment processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
