Job Description

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants (H1B, H1B-Transfer, OPT, CPT, L2, GC, USC) on client projects through vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and understanding of US staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultant Marketing

Market and place bench consultants by identifying suitable opportunities in the US job market.

Work closely with bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and roles.

Prepare and modify resumes according to client/job requirements.

2. Vendor & Client Interaction

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Submit profiles, follow up regularly, and negotiate rates for placements.

Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection.

3. Job Search & Lead Generation

Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) for daily submissions.

Generate leads and create a strong vendor network for continuous requirements.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with immigration requirements (Visa, OPT extensions, documentation).

Maintain updated records of submissions, interviews, and onboarding.

5. Communication & Coordination

Maintain regular communication with bench consultants about job pipeline and interview status.

Guide and support consultants through onboarding and project initiation.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of US IT recruiting, job portals, vendors, and submission processes (training can be provided).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to work US shifts (EST/CST/PST) if required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: HR, Business, IT, or related).

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of US staffing/bench sales experience can apply.

Training will be provided for freshers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,169.87 - ₹18,000.00 per month
