We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, and US Citizens) with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong vendor/client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Market and place consultants on various technologies (IT & Non-IT).
Work with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizen candidates on the bench and actively market them to clients/vendors.
Identify requirements from various job portals, vendor networks, and client submissions.
Submit resumes to relevant job postings and maintain high submission quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and close positions quickly.
Negotiate rates and finalize contracts.
Maintain database of submissions, interviews, and placements.
Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-7 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT staffing.
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa categories.
Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong network of vendors and clients in the US market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of consistent placements.
Preferred Experience
Experience with direct client marketing.
Experience working with multiple technologies and niche skills.
Strong vendor interaction history.
