Identify suitable requirements from job portals and vendor websites.
Submit consultants' profiles to matching job openings.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Regularly update consultants on submission, interview, and placement status.
Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
Ensure quick submissions and timely follow-ups to maximize placements.
Maintain submission reports and activity logs.
