Roles & Responsibilities:
Market bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Source requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and vendor networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Submit qualified consultant profiles against open requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Negotiate rates with vendors and candidates to maximize margins.
Coordinate with consultants throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of consultants for upcoming client requirements.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission & placement targets.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting within US IT Staffing.
Strong knowledge of employment types W2, C2C, 1099.
Expertise in using job portals & social media platforms for sourcing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies to effectively market consultants.
Ability to work in US time zones and meet deadlines.
