Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
Identify and source candidates from various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals).
Resume Screening:
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Client Interaction:
Maintain communication with clients to understand their staffing needs and present suitable candidates.
Bench Management:
Manage and promote bench resources to potential clients, ensuring optimal placement.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment landscape.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates should have a background in recruitment or sales.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
