About the Role:

We are looking for a

motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter

to join our growing US Staffing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, and GC consultants and be confident in end-to-end bench sales recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales life cycle for bench consultants (marketing, negotiations, and placements). Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates. Proactively market available consultants to clients and vendors through job boards, social media, and networking. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Maintain an updated pipeline and track submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

Bench Sales (US Staffing)

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Proficiency in using

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards
