Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates from various platforms for our IT staffing needs.
Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements effectively.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs better.
Negotiate salary and terms of employment with candidates.
Analyze market trends to strategize recruitment efforts and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates on opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
