As an Executive Bench Sales Recruiter, you will own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for marketing
US-based IT consultants
(H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing vendors. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, strong vendor networks, and the ability to mentor junior recruiters while delivering high-value placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end marketing of bench consultants across various technologies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Strategically plan and execute business development activities to expand client/vendor base.
Drive high-volume submissions and close high-margin deals consistently.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of engagement with clients and vendors.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified consultants and proactively engage them with open roles.
Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams and provide strategic guidance.
Represent the company in client/vendor meetings and industry networking events.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
in
Bench Sales
within the
US IT staffing industry
.
Extensive network of
Tier 1 vendors
,
MSPs
, and
direct clients
.
Strong knowledge of
US hiring practices
,
tax terms
(W2, C2C, 1099), and
visa classifications
.
Proven track record of consistently closing roles for bench consultants.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM/ATS systems, job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to lead and scale a high-performing bench sales team.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Leadership experience or team management in a staffing firm.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or other leading ATS platforms.
