Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Employment type: Full time (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timings: 7PM - 4AM

IST Key Skills:

? Proven expertise in IT staffing and recruiting.

? Strong experience marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens).

? Solid understanding of job portals, networking sites, and recruitment platforms.

? Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
