Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to implementation partners & direct clients Submit consultants on portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Build and maintain strong vendor/client relationships Negotiate rates and close positions quickly Maintain strong communication with consultants for smooth onboarding

Skills Required:

Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) Strong communication & negotiation skills Hands-on experience with job boards & sourcing tools Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
