Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Account Manager

with a strong understanding of the

US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in networking, consultant marketing, and client/vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with

vendors, direct clients, and consultants

. Market

IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, CPT)

to vendors and direct clients. Utilize

social networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

to establish and maintain vendor relationships. Source and match consultant profiles with suitable job requirements from

various job portals

. Handle the

end-to-end bench sales recruitment process

, including submission, rate negotiation, and interview follow-ups. Maintain an updated

database of candidates

, tracking all follow-ups and placement progress. Ensure

timely paperwork validation

and compliance with recruitment policies. Develop and implement

successful hiring strategies

to maximize placements. Identify challenges in the recruitment process and propose

creative and effective solutions

. Communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Work

independently

with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of

US staffing, recruitment, and bench sales

. Experience in

vendor engagement and client relations

. Excellent

negotiation and organizational skills

. Ability to

identify and solve problems creatively

. Strong

written and verbal communication skills

. Self-driven with the ability to

work in a fast-paced environment
