Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring communication is clear and effective throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Skills in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring

Experience in Account Management and Communication

Strong negotiation and networking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with recruiting and sales tools and software

Bachelor's degree

Good communication skills

Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Willing to work night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
