Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and placing qualified IT professionals from the bench (available candidates) into suitable job opportunities with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management:
- Identify and engage with bench (available) IT professionals.
- Maintain an updated database of bench candidates with their skills, certifications, and availability.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Market bench candidates to clients by highlighting their skills and experience.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients for contract and permanent placements.

3. Sales and Business Development:
- Actively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for bench placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client requirements to align bench candidates with market demands.

4. Coordination and Follow-Up:
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Follow up with clients and candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and placement details.
- Prepare regular reports on bench sales activities, placements, and revenue generated.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
