Key Responsibilities:
Market and place
bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, EAD)
by proactively identifying suitable job requirements from job portals, vendors, and other sources.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and direct clients.
Negotiate rates and close contracts for bench consultants.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective job requirements and consultant profiles.
Ensure timely submissions and achieve monthly placement targets.
Maintain consultant database and daily activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in
US IT Bench Sales
.
In-depth understanding of
IT technologies
across various domains.
Strong knowledge of
US Tax terms
(W2, C2C, 1099), work authorization types, and visa classifications.
Experience working with
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple consultant profiles and client requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in
a fast-paced staffing or consulting firm

Familiarity with
ATS tools and CRM platforms
.
Proven track record of regular placements and long-term consultant engagements.
